How It Works

It's my goal to take out the uncertainty of working with an "artist/creative type". You need artwork, and I want to make it for you, so the first step is communicating effectively and clarifying the expectations for both of us. To get started on the right foot, I've outlined the whole process for you here!

1) First contact.

However it is that we find each other, the first step is to introduce ourselves and say hello! You can ask any burning questions, and I can tell you a little more about what I do.

2) Establish the scope of the project.

If you're like me, pleasantries are nice, but we're all busy, and there's work to be done, so pretty quickly, we will need to discuss your projects, timelines, rights, and budgets. Once we have discussed this information, we can sign the contract and get to work. Depending on the project, a down payment may be required.

3) I bring your story to life through incredible visual elements!

This process will likely include a revision or two, as well as preliminary sketches. This step works best if we each continue to communicate and provide updates regularly.

4) Delivery of Artwork.

You'll receive several file types and all the different elements you'll need to effectively produce and market your message. This is also when you'll deliver your final payment.

5) Continuing Support.

Sometimes snags come up, or different printers and developers have different expectations than were originally discussed, but that shouldn't stop you from producing your artwork. I have years of production experience, and I'm here to help you find a printer or vendor or to discuss the next steps in producing your project to get you back in action. If major revisions are required, there may be additional fees, but there's no charge for interpreting "printer jargon" or determining which files go to which vendor.
